my laptop is crazy   the big e for internet explorer  dissapared from the  task bar   when i got to all programs and click on internet explorer   it flashes and go back to the blue screen with the windows  logo  on it and has no internet  wtf is going on    help  !!!!!!!!!!!

 

Hi Jimmy, that doesn't sound good ... sounds like your system is crashing.  I'm not that clever on a computer but the first thing I would try would be a system restore, just in case something buggy has got on your system.  You can find system restore in the 'help and support' bit on your computer.  Personally I don't use internet explorer - do you have another browser option?  I use google chrome or firefox for accessing the internet.

Sorry, Jimmy, but I'm no computer expert, either. However, Wendy makes a good point-- is the problem with your computer or with your IE? If the problem is with IE then if you have another browser installed on your computer it should work. If you don't have another browser or if the other browser does not work, you will have to take it to a repair shop.
