Hi, I quit cigarettes 6 years ago and I’ve been using lozenges ever since. I just quit lozenges today because they were causing problems with my teeth and gums.

Hi @KristyC. Welcome to the Quit Train. Congrats on finally breaking free of nicotine! Withdrawal can be bumpy, but such sweet freedom awaits on the other side.
