I would appreciate any help....a couple of months ago we got Google chromecast and Netfliix streaming.  We tried to watch House of Cards and picture was so dark we gave up after several episodes.  Now trying West Wing and situation is the same.  We have to really crank the volume up, too.  Please help!!

    I have the same issue with volume on netflix on my tv not sure how to fix that maybe the ones who have had it longer can help I dont have the picture problem wish I can help but am interested if anyone knows how to fix the volume issue, this isnt a problem when I watch on my tablet or my puter just the tv
