  1. I started using the vape to quit smoking about a year ago and the doctor told me if I was going to be successful at quitting smoking I had to treat my ADHD so I've been on medication for that for about a year and managed to stay off of cigarettes now I'm quitting vaping. Well vaping seems easier to quit it is still nicotine and my heart goes out to you I'm 12 days on nicotine patches doing well and I know you can do this too if I can do it it is literally taking me the past 8 years and one addiction specialist to get this figured out hang in there hang on it's worth it!
