  1. @jillar Ugh.. With the hospitals packed with corona virus, it's not something I want to do right now. If it gets severe, within next few days, I'll take the risk and go 😞
  2. Thanks Mee... I haven't had any health concern, until now, so I know for sure it is my anxiety and withdrawals, I just want to make sure I'm not alone. Did you have chest pain when you quit as well? How long ago did you quit?
  3. Thanks Jillar.. in that case, I'm going to eat what I want and not worry to much about diet. My main concern is my heart but I am having symptoms of 'Variant Angina' which my heart only hurts at night time (bedtime) and it is stressful, sleeping on the side doesn't help anymore, plopping up pillows doesn't help much either and I know the lack of sleep (insomnia) is making my heart worse... A joint would normally knock me out before bed but I haven't bought any after the new year and I don't plan on buying Anymore! I'm done and I want to stay clean, for myself most importantly. My heart is kind of hurting right now, as I type this but I have severe anxiety and my woman cycle just started this morning, so I'm all over the place. I'm hungry as well but scared to eat because of chest pain.. withdrawals are absurd.

  5. I seen that movie, if I were her, I'd be smoking to! Movies are supposed to come across as realistic, she was raped... She more then likely had that habit before and continued with it, due to stress. Most smokers are Stress Smokers, no one really smokes to be cute, or do they?
  6. I have been smoking since I was 16 years old, I just turned 31 and decided for my new years resolution, I want to quit smoking! And so I did! It's almost been a month now of cigarette/weed/pot smoke Free! I'm having symptoms of angina (heart problems), weird dreams, almost every night and horrible insomnia! I've been trying to eat a healthy organic diet but have been having odd cravings but still sticking to a healthy diet! I wouldn't mind if I gained weight, because I am on the slender side but I am a healthy weight. I never had skin issues and still look fine but internally, I do not feel fine at all. Looking to chat with others, in similar situation as me? I live in Canada.
