  1. I haven’t smoked in 4 days and haven’t had any bad cravings these past 2 days. I’m really trying to quit this time. But now after a few drinks I feel like a cigarette is the only thing I want in life. It’s all I can think about for the past half hour and it’s driving me crazy.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
