  1. Today I will quit smoking, started when I was 12 I am 49 now. Through my smoking career I only quit once and that was for two years. I have a beautiful wife and two beautiful children and I feel like I'm Throwing It All Away with smoking and depriving my kids of my presence because I'm always looking for a place to go hide and smoke and an opportunity. Smoked quite a bit this morning, I drove by and through it all cigarette related items. Wrote down some things on paper to keep me motivated and just joined this site looking for any piece of help from anyone. Wish me luck no more excuses!
