Nice Job!!!  Keep on retraining your brain...that is all it is.  Smoking does shit to help you in stressful situations.... really...just makes it worse.

 

All we are doing when we quit is learning to live and deal with "life" without smoking.

 

It gets easier and easier until one day you will realize that you don't even really think of it much anymore.

 

Keep on keepin on.

The first 3 weeks were the hardest for me. I was using the nicotine gum and then switched to the electronic cigarette with the non nicotine juice, then I started going for long walks in the morning and for some reason I stopped puffing on anything ! The e- cig did help though.
