    My name is Jeff and I have been a smoker for over 40 years. My quit date was 12-30-18. I have been a lurker here for a few weeks now, but have decided it's time sign up because i know I'm just one smoke away from the addiction again. I don't get any support from anyone except for 1 person and all the triggers are still there, so here I am...barely hanging on to this quit.
