About Me

4th to 5th quit of over a month. I went from 30-37 without attempting once. Last time I quit was the first time I've ever been able to smoke on a weekend and then go back to not smoking during the week. It lasted like that for a about 3 more weeks before I was off the wagon completely. I've always been all or nothing, 2 packs a day. I have quit for 6 months before without a puff, while drinking and partying with smoking friends every weekend. I know I have resolve.

Two things I've learned that make me believe this is the time: 1) Never smoke. 2) Don't cheapen how hard it is to quit. 3) Realize you're now Forty years old!
