  1. I appreciate the welcome and encouragement. I feel the key to getting though this is beating the everyday agitations I live with. Getting through the first few weeks and everyday after one day at a time.
  2. Trying to eat healthy. I want to eat more healthy fish in my diet. I'm not real big on fish. Can you please share your recipes for wild salmon? Please include what to put on it and method of cooking. Much thanks.....
  3. Hi everyone. I'm new to the forum. I'm 44 years old and started smoking at age 13. I've successfully quit on 2 different occasions. Both were done the cold turkey method. One was 2 1/2 years. The other 1 1/2 years. I seem the let stress and life events cause me to relapse. I've tried numerous times in between only to last no more than 2 months. After smoking for so many years I can truly feel the negative effects. I get mornings I wake up and my lungs a hurting so bad. I lack energy levels and feel tired. I try to eat healthy but know the smokes are going to put me in an early grave. The way I feel and family history tells me that. My last attempt only lasted about 20 hours and going at it again starting tomorrow morning. I'm going cold turkey once again and need support and encouragement from others. I need to finally kick this evil to the curb once and for all.
