3.1 Miles (5K) today. 46:30 Walked for a moment at the 2.0 mile mark. Went all the way up the hill without stopping.


I got this band to wear around my leg, above my knee. It helped my IT band soooooo much!!! No sore knee or sore leg. Love it! First time to run without knee pain. New shoes are coming soon. Those should help too. :)
