  1. Hi Everyone, This is Tammy from Mumbai, India. This will be my third attempt to quit. The longest I had quit and stayed quit was 3 months around a year ago. Since then been on and off, though my number of smokes reduced significantly. Just before deciding to kick the stick yesterday i.e. 20th Jun 2018, I was having maybe 3-4 a day. Yes I know, nothing to gloat about. So this time around I am intending to stick to this, and hoping this forum will help me stay focused. Good luck to everyone on their quit journey.
  2. You just zipped through 1/4 of a year!!! Nicely done R!!!!! :D Wishing you a very happy THREE MONTHS smoke free!! WHOOHOOO! You've shown true strength, and courage and been an enormous inspiration to us all. This quit looks good on you! :D I'm so proud of you! Celebrate! Plan an awesome reward and take a moment to reflect on how far you've come. :) Also, I believe your 3-month anniversary is when we retire you from the game if you're a stick, right chicks? :P
  3. Looked today at the calendar and today is World Diabetes Day. Smoking is a major cause of type 2 diabetes. Another great reason to live smoke free!
