  1. Yeah I'm using nicotine to start, but I do plan on stopping altogether...I'm on day 3 of not smoking traditionally, so I haven't thought about a tapering down point, I wasn't sure if the vape would help me at all so I guess I am in trial mode at the moment
  2. Hi everyone, my name is Jimmy, and I have finally gotten serious about quitting smoking...I chose my mother's birthday, October 23rd, as my stop date, so I will always remember what the date was when I quit, so I'm on day 3, so far so good...a friend of mine suggested this forum for support, and I want to do anything that will help...My doctor wanted to put me on Chantix, but I've heard bad things, so I have chosen to go the Vape route, any suggestions on flavors or brands would be appreciated, I currently use MasterMind "Snake Oil", which is a watermelon menthol flavor, I am enjoying it so far :-)
