    IPS4 is a responsive site. The site automatically adjusts to screen size. So if you are using mobile the site auto adjusts. If you are on a desktop now, take the corner of your window and shrink the screen till the site changes itself to mobile view. That may take some getting used too. The good thing is, you can change settings and such using mobile that you couldn't do before on mobile. :)
