do i know what my legal rights and responsibilities are

I was planning to post here, but before getting access I had to check a box that says I have understood my rights and responsbilities, or something to that effect...

 

for instance not to post anything here whose copyright does not belong to me.. that is clear enough

 

but do I own the copyright of all the material i post here?

 

what does that entail. Do I have the right to store a copy only, or do I have the right to post it elsewhere as well.

 

also what does it mean to 'add a block'

 

All advise, comments and constructive remarks are welcome. I am looking for advise.
