  1. Hi I’m probably using more than I should. I don’t know maybe it’s a side effect for me. Another reason to stop these. I know how addictive they can be.
  2. Hi, all brands and all different sizes. The minis aren’t bad but I still get the white ring around my mouth. they seem to me to be tacky, sticky. My mouth gets really dry and the sticky white stuff as it dissolves sticks to the roof of my mouth. One container of minis lasts two days. I high hopes of quitting these too soon

  4. Hello, I am 38 days quit! I’m using nicotine lozenges and wonder if anyone uses them. No matter how I use these, I end up with this chalky white stuff on my lips and around my mouth. I look in the mirror and find I just left my doctor’s office and had this all over my mouth! First, why didn’t he question it and second why didn’t he say something. This happens a lot. I’ve tried all the products and these lozenges work the best but this is so annoying and embarrassing. Any thoughts?
