Confession: I think with her confession above, Fluffy is really missing out on one of the true joys of life... the doughnut van...

We don't tend to get hot jam doughnuts, but hot sugared doughnuts on the other hand. They're great. And the choice usually ends up being something like 60 pence each or 6 for 3 pounds. Guess who always chooses the 6?

Having said that I am partial to a Krispy Kreme as well.

Our hot jam doughnuts are basically balled hot sugared doughtnuts with hot jam in the middle... usually $1 each nowadays.

There used to be a stall at the south melbourne market that did hot sugar doughnuts that were a ring... you had the choice of sugar, cinnamon sugar or you could get it injected with blackberry jam.... omg divine... but the trendies moved into south melbourne and the doughnut shop was lost to developments.... ?

Confession: I can watch people get killed on tv but have to change the channel if there is anything about animals getting killed either by other animals or any way else. I change the channel when the animal rescue commercials come on too. Just too sad to imagine that people can be so cruel to animals ?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
