Had a pretty shaky day yesterday, but on more solid ground today. Thank you Rec and Doreen for the advice.  I read several forums here, which helped a bunch. One month nicotine free today!

Still a big ole NOPE!!

Glad to hear you fought off those unwelcome urges yesterday JKPK. You will have some days for awhile yet that get you down a little but what you did yesterday is prefect. Read all you can about the experiences of others. We are all the same in this battle. Things happen at a different rate for each of us but staying true to the NOPE will lead to success 100% of the time :)

Good to see you BTR & of course Katie, Latoya and Octain too. House full of Newbies - love it!! :D

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
