Two weeks

For the first time in 37 years, I left the house without a pack of  cigarettes  two weeks today .  I will never forget that day.  I felt absolutely lost, empty. That feeling of forgetting something.

Haven’t had one puff since

That Friday night at 10:30 was my last cigarette.

Never woulda thunk it.

Thank you quittrain!!

Glad you’re doing well. You help me as well. We all help each other. That’s what’s so great about this place. I’m not sure that I could have made it this far without this forum.

We are all doing this!

Keep up the good work!

I never thought I’d make it through the day, much less three weeks.

And that's how it's done!  Good work Octain.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
