Who would have guessed it, me, a non-smoker?… crazy !

Just a reminder, one month ago this Friday at 10:30 PM I smoked my last cigarette.

I will never forget exactly where I was and exactly what I was doing.

^^^ Well ... not really because the celebrations page considers the date as the true making point. If you quit on the 5th of Jan. then your 1 month mark is the 5th of Feb. Whether a month has more or fewer days matters not. It's all in the date number. Just don't quit on the 31st because .... then, you're screwed :4_joy:  (actually, we celebrate those on the last day of each month whether there's a 31st or not).

Keep your quit while you are gone! And, won't it be nice to not have to deal with traveling and trying to squeeze in smokes along the way?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
