Good for you - YES!!

Remember how this feels because you never want to do it again, right? You are pretty much at the peak of any discomfort now that you are 3 days smoke free. Stay strong and stay close to the board here. Let us support you. Read all you can and watch all the videos you can. There's a ton of information available here for you. That will help educate you about this addiction and people here can relate to you because we have all been through that first week! Keep your resolve not to smoke because you will soon be over the worst of it and you have a lot invested now. Build on that. That's how it's done. A little at a time :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
