So the official start of the Quit.

Just make sure you do not have any tobacco readily available. At least then when you want to give in (oh yeah, temptation is strong in beginning) it would mean going to fetch cigs, giving you a chance to have second thoughts of starting back up.

How are you doing Jon? Like you I thought I couldn’t quit but guess what? I could & did! And so can you! It takes courage , commitment & learning to say “no!” And you find yourself winning the battle against smoking. Good luck! We will help in any way we can!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
