You can do this....you just have to want it bad enough...take it one day at a time...

Read everything you can here...come here for support...if I can after 52 years ..you can...

I will come hear for support and just reading how other people cope gives you that help you need and it helps to no that you are not alone on this journey and ever one is so different but it’s good to talk it keeps you going on this quit train that everyone is on

The train ride might be hard at times Virginia but we are all taking the same journey and, our common destination is FREEDOM! I have found it really helps to communicate with other quitters. Others can be supportive to you but only another quitter really understands exactly what you are going through :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
