Just wanted to introduce myself.  My name is Paul. I quit about a year and a half ago and consider that the best decision I've ever made.  I hope to get to know you all over the course of time.   :bye:

Good to see you, Paul!

Nice to see all you committed quitters getting together over here. Hope to get to know you all better and I hope you get comfortable here on the train real soon. I'm sure it's upsetting having your community disrupted but you are welcome to hang out here as long as you like. Help support us as we will you. After all, we're all in the same boat - just different names on the stern :)

Have I told you lately that I love you?     Not as much as Bakon, of course!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
