It's still a bit early.  Cold, wet, & windy makes the experience that much more elemental.

BTW, it's easier to climb the 400+ steps if you don't smoke...just saying.

Never climbed it, but I was in Spokane when it blew...couldn't see my hand in front of my face outside at noon!
