I've been whirring up nuts or seeds in my food processor with a bit of oil

and making YUMMY high protein butters, like peanut butter.

 No sugar, salt to taste.

Cayenne, always Good.

Sometimes a bit of lemon juice.  I did one with fresh dill that was crazy good.

Refrigerate to be safe.

I buy raw or roasted unsalted organic seeds and nuts in bins from the health food store.

Pumpkin Seed butter, excellent !

Sunflower Seed Butter,

Sesame Seed Butter (homemade Tahini for your Hummus YUM)

Those three are really reasonably priced,  as are peanuts.

More dosh for incredible Cashews, Pecans, Filberts, Walnuts.

OMG... Pistachio Butter is DELUXE !!!

Delicious butters to spread on a cracker or a slice of apple or zucchini or banana or finger.

Good for your innards.

Good for your brain.

Really good for your taste buds.
