Not sure why or how it happened. I did made me change my life and quit smoking, mentioned that; but appearently there's a nerve in my back, where there's pressure on. It's no hernia: the doctors call it (pseudo) raciculaire prikkeling (Dutch) to be honest I'm worried it won't go away and I'm heavy painkillers it feels :( numb, tinckling, without pain due paracetamol and codeïne but hey that stuff is morfine-related REALLY not wanna use it that long.
Anyobdy had the same???

How long will it take?

My mom had 3 bloody hernia's on her 20th so I'm not wanting to see this develop worse  :(

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
