You are right here where you belong, here where we will encourage you !

Stay away from people who are not helpful, other addicts are trouble.

You could turn this around and have him be a good motivator for you...

I'm going to show that a++hole that I can quit.

Can quit and WILL quit.

But, in the end it just comes down to you and your quit.

PROTECT IT !

Have you re-set your ticker ?  do you have a nice brand new shiny quit started ?

Hope you jumped back on your quit. I failed a three/four day quit and had to reset my ticker too. Now I'm at where I'm at. And it isn't easy. Mom's offered me one a few times when she was out smoking, and one time I took it. Now I know better than to go out when she's smoking. Please don't let him get to you again. You had a slip, and forgive yourself for it, but just keep on quitting!

Dear Bday,

I saw you around recently and that gave me hope that we will soon hear that you have started a new bright and shiny quit,

a quit that you will defend and protect and nurture.

You know too much now to go back to being comfortable as an addict,

time to pull yourself together and jump.

Jump to freedom.

Jump to Life.

Jump.

Love, S

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
