No smoking for me, after my sister died last wk for about 10 seconds the old addict  in me "said go on have one" & I fired right back with would having a smoke mean my sister isn't dead-come on. Just shows you that the addict in you will throw you a curve ball once in awhile but the longer you're cig free the EASIER it is to laugh at the old addict that use to run your life.

So deeply sorry for your loss, Beth.  And of course you are right, smoking would not have helped.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
