Thanks guys.

Heart's good, gained a little 5 or 10 pound chub roll around the waist but that's not bad for being 53. Lack of nicotine sure slows down the metabolism.

This last year I've written down this website for at least 2 dozen people but none of them seem to have made it here. Kinda sad I suppose; I hate to see people suffering and wanting to quit but not having the gumption to give us a try.

I emailed julie and she's still with us. Aine will be getting her 2 years in another month. Our boy is still making straight A's and has some new interest every couple of weeks. Spring is only 6 weeks away... life is good!

Comrade did indeed hunt me down.....:) I'm glad he did, because get this...! I forgot that it was my 2yr mark.

How does that happen? When does it happen......that you turn the corner and become a non-smoker rather than someone who is quitting smoking?

2 years.

Wow.

We are amazing Comrade.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
