Kendra is a character in a few  Christopher Moore books. First learned of her in Lust Lizard of Melancholy Cove. I like her and her relationships.

any other Moore fans out there?  I could've gone with Abby Von Normal, "kayso" or Jody instead of Kendra.  but really Kendra works bon many levles for me.  I have a Theo, too.     None of this will make sense unless you read Christopher Moore books.

Splash was a name I used as a Girl Scout Camp Water Front Director  ... got to choose our own camp names, so really doesn't count as nickname.

Easy ones

Duck

Dog

Burrito

Little harder

Pimp

One ball

Still harder

Bully

Trevor

Hardest

Elton

Egg thief

Horney toad

I'm not sure about Dog and Bully.  I know the rest, but noticed I am not listed.    lol

An ex boyfriend used to call me Prime Time (after Deion Sanders, cuz my real name rhymes with Neon).  That was my all time favorite nickname, and he was the only one who ever used it. :)

My Dad had a tone of nicknames for me.  Ace was my favorite from him.  Seven year old me told him I liked that one, and he should call me that all the time.  It made him chuckle.  It didn't stick too much, but enough to get me through grade school.  Sure loved my Daddy! :)

My Mom called me Petra or PetraD.  On occasion, she still will, but usually it's Donna-K (also from childhood) even though my name isn't Donna and there are no K's in my name. :)

Bakon tried to call me a flip flopper, but some of my shoes are just too pretty (I do love my flippies though!).

only 2 friends from childhood call me babs...I always went by Barb, Barbie, or Barbara.  Then when I got my first email address in 1996 it was Babs609.  609 is my area code in NJ.  But here on the message board I've gotten so used to being called Babs it feels normal..lol

My dad always called me Bobbie and he was the only one who did.

Bakon dubbed me back seat because well...let's face it...all of us have had more fun in the back seat than in the front.  I am just a rare bird who admits it

my current nickname is mom-mom and that is my favorite one

OK;

So, is Returd your final decision or would you like to reflect on this a little longer?

And, how do I make it appear instead of "versed member" above my Avatar?

Haha nice. I would prefer "Pig Lover" but thats fine with me too!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
