Saturday 21 February NOPE

I remember a time when I was scared to death I couldn't get thru a night that I had trouble sleeping (which I always seem to have this issue weekend nights) without craving all night long. It seemed insurmountable.

Now? I just have a diet cherry 7 up and that is more than enough. That "void to fill" was a bit of a challenge for me, but it quietly goes away.

Nope.

All we have to do is not smoke TODAY...

    That's true for everyone

Whether we are 2 days quit....or 2 years quit

We just have to say NOPE Today...........

It's a walk in the park on an easy breezy Spring day...........

                                                                                                      Bring on Spring

NOPE!!!.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
