Oh Wow Natalie!  3 weeks is such a huge milestone!!

 

And you are already seeing the benefits of not smoking - you are doing so great, and we are all very, very proud of you!  It is amazing how far you have come since you joined!

 

I know that you had a bad experience recently, but you didn't even think about smoking!  Now that is truly awesome! 

 

I'm glad that you found us, and that we could become friends - next stop, one month :)

Fabulous, this is always the one I wait for!!  It means you really want it and it's all in your hands now. The worst is faced and done. There will be thoughts but nothing you haven't faced already so you're golden!!

Wow 3 weeks Nat ` look at you go

 

I remember the night before you quit and you were quite afraid and now look how far you have come :)
