Retired now, living in Florida,

A retired cop living in Florida...Have you been issued a copy of the dress code yet?  Tommy Bahama shirt worn unbuttoned, cargo shorts, and a pair of Crocs.  The only accessories you'll need is a gun in your waistband and a beer in one hand.

Congratulations.  I look forward to forgetting your anniversary again next year.

11 years today…easy peazy….Well thank you everyone. Totally forgot and then Nancy told me as she was putting her top back on.
‘Miss this group but don’t even think of smoking. Good run for me and hope all have it as well as I did. I know this group carried me the first two months, then it was one foot in front of the other. Keep marching. And laughing.
‘Anyone ever in the Villages be glad to have you for drinks or dinner.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
