I don't really have celebrations anymore...but today is day 500. When, once upon a time, I never thought I could get through five hours without craving. It really is doable, and it gets easier and easier and easier. if I can get free anyone can. I can hardly remember how I was when I was a smoker, and I'm just glad not to be that person anymore.

Sometimes it's still amazing to me that I did actually get away from it, I honestly never thought I would.

Now, if someone could point me towards the nearest interventionist for my cookie problem...

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
