I've been watching the clock today like this

because I wanted to post this particular celebration. I am ending up posting a little early because I will be out early tomorrow.

You have made it through the hardest week, and have done all of the right things to rock this quit! I knew that you could do it and I am so super proud of you! Treat yourself to something nice because you deserve it!

Nat, I am so happy to see this!

I agree, that you have rocked this from the very first day, and you have built a really strong quit.  I have no doubt that other newbies will see your journey, and you will inspire them, too.

I think the first week is really hard, and you should go out and really treat yourself to something nice today - you've earned it!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
