Hey Molly,  they say it takes about three days to rid your body of nicotine so that's probably why day 3 is so hard for a lot of us. Your body is screaming for its fix. Hopefully tomorrow will be better for you :)

That is the right attitude,, Molly.  Take it each moment at a time.  Focus on getting through any craving that comes your way.  Don't worry about the next one.  Each day smoke free is a victory and strengthens your quit.  Keep up the great work!

That's the way it's done.  You're doing great.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
