You do not have idiot on your face!

You have honesty, friendly, trusting, too bad people take advantage of that!

Just like a relapse in smoking, stand back up, brush yourself off and with the new wisdom you have, get back on with your life!

You will meet someone, It will happen and just when you are not expecting it, Tracey and I are proof!

Cool. Don't worry about words on your face as long as they wash off. Some markers are harder to get off, but they all eventually do. Just makes you a better super hero for next round.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
