I'm here again.  Lasted 3 weeks then smoked. Making another attempt tomorrow, the reason? My employers cut our break to 30 mins. Can't face the clock watching and feeling of needing a smoke waiting for our break! Plus my dentist explained the damage I'm doing to my oral health. Not pretty. I'm use the forum more this time.

That cycle of smoking, quitting, smoking again, and quitting again is exhausting...mentally more so than physically.

The good news is: you only have to quit once.  Make it stick and you can break the cycle once and for all.

It is a big relief...you won't regret it.

Welcome aboard the Quit Train Wooge.

There are so many benefits to quitting and anyone can become a permanent quitter. You just have to want to quit more than you want to smoke. Not easy in the initial days and weeks of quitting but if you keep your eye on the prize and refuse to listen to your junkie brain, who'll be trying to convince you to give up, then you'll be fine. It's all about NOPE (Not One Puff Ever). Couldn't be simpler 😉

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
