Thanks for the shout out people!! 5 years is quite a milestone for sure and I have never regretted having made the commitment to quit despite the difficulties in the early days. All the newbies need to know it's possible for all who put in the work to find their freedom from nicotine addiction. The difficulties and doubts fade away and are replaced by rewards that last a lifetime!

As for me - the wife & I are livin' the good life on the beach in Mexico playin' in the sun 😁

@reciprocityWOW. I imagine it but I hope I can reach the dream. It is always a dream that makes achieve, finding the right life partner, finding the dream home, having children if you want, finding the things that ground you, make you happy, content.  None of it is easy but once you have done it there are no bounds for the future. Congratulations!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
