Steven, Sorry I missed your milestone, I too have been ill.  Worried it might be Covid but I now I don't think so.  Sore throat, aches and pains, chills and fatigue.  No fever, so I just think it is a reaction to allergies and the weather.  I hope you are feeling better. You have hit your 7th month mark.  That is so great, each day is a gift and I hope you have many more! I will never catch up, I am only at six months. I think when you start this with a person in the same timeline it makes it easier to keep going when you see them do so well.  Thanks for all your help!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
