I'm going to be a little long winded this morning , that's because I don't smoke anymore ... but then again I'm a talker too , a social butterfly lol .

A breathe of fresh air to see the rain this morning . smells so good outside when a smoke isn't attached .

No problem here today refusing to smoke . Took it off the table on Day 1 and it is not an option . It's not one puff ever as much as it is its I have a "life forever "smoke free ! Who knows how long forever will be but my days are smoke free one day at a time and that's all that matters . We all don't do that anymore . Easy peasy thinking when you get in it to win it . I " tried " to quit far to long .  It's doable when we truly decide we are able to do . There are no excuses today and I will make none .

Its a cool down day here after a record heat wave .. dishwasher is going , clothes in the laundry and cooking some freezer meals before the heat makes its way up again .

Have a great day all . I am going to promise you ....smoking is not in the forecast .

Signed sealed and delivery .

Its a Nope from me . Thanks @Cbdave for the kick off .

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
