my new topic was "And now for something completely different"  I  said someone will know where this phrase comes from. I then discussed my love of old movies. No one told be where that phrase came from.  Oh please don't goggle it, someone knows, so I ask again give people a chance to answer.

Sorry Boo, Doreen already won and has claimed her prize....I have to quit smoking!

But for you, this exercise thing is not working for me.  I have been walking briskly to the kitchen many times a day for almost 2 weeks.....I have not lost an ounce.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
