Some days you

will be the light

for others

and some days

you will need

some light

as long as there

is light there is hope

and there is a way

Sometimes things must

crumble before you can

see the possibility of

something new  fan the flames of

transformation and allow

the old to burn a more

Sometimes

we need a bridge and sometimes

we are the bridge  no one I know

has escaped troubled waters

rough seas and challenging scary days

these are the times in our lives

when we could use a little help

and other times when we are

given the chance to be that help

for someone else it really doesn't

matter where you are right now

what matters is that you remember

we are stronger together and taking

a hand is just as important as

offering one

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
