I've got great news for you ....

Your seat is still here ...always has been ....

If you want to get back on ...It's easy ...jump on ....

Most smokers have alot of failed quits behind them ...but that doesn't mean you carnt keep trying ...

You should never give up ..freeing yourself from a life sentence of slavery to a addiction that will eventually kill you ....

No good ever came out of smoking ...every smoker knows this ...but are blinded by the addiction to see there is a way of freeing yourself ...

It's possible ...

We will show you the way....

Believe in yourself ....

Don't wait for the crap to happen ...and it will.... eventually....

Come and take your seat ....

Yes, there's nothing that we love more than to see someone finally get their forever quit. Please don't be ashamed by a failed attempt(s). We get it and it makes your success that much sweeter for all of us when you do reach the lido deck 😊

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
