I'm Happy to be here with all of you!  I'm doing alright at this point. I don't feel good all the time, but that is to be expected after 50 years of poisoning myself.

On the other hand there are times when I feel perfectly normal. Mornings are absolutely the worst time of day for me. Once I've been up for awhile and get my thoughts together, I have an easier time "kicking cravings to the curb."

Soon the new routine Jun the mornings will become your new normal...

Your brain has to rewire itself ...try and keep busy in the mornings

Maybe make that your time for some excersise....

Your doing great.....keep telling yourself how amazing you are ....your achieving something wonderful

And life saving ....😁

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
