I think this is a little early so I'm going to have to assume that you'll stay quit for the next couple of days until you reach 1 month.  lol  I'm pretty sure you will...you seem to have the right attitude to beat this evil addiction.  Congratulations on one month smoke free John!!!

Thanks Mona, Johnny, Mac, reciprocity, Amierouge, Sazerac.  This has to be the best train ride I've been on with so many unexpected new friends on this journey. Looking forward to many more celebrations.

WTG @JohnQ for being smoke-free for a month. I am getting close to my one month mark as well.

Thanks Nana, glad to have you as quit mate, we can do this!  I'll get the fireworks ready for your 1 month anniversary.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
