I am so happy!  Honestly, I think being on quarantine helped a lot too.  My entire routine was upended, which helped me avoid many of my triggers. If it’s the one positive that comes from this craziness, I am going to run with it!

I am going to keep with it!  I love not smelling like smoke! I like that my cough is starting  to fade away.  My kids are proud of me.

Congratulations on your 6 week quit. It's refreshing to see people commited to becoming healthier individuals. Keep up the amazing job you are doing and be safe. I am slowly working on overcoming triggers for my addiction. I am also a few days away from my 6 week quit. So, I truly know what you are experiencing at this time.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
