Thanks everyone you are all amazing . It is so necessary to know we are still suceeding - it gives us power  ! It is great to see everyone here and some new faces too . My nicotine adiction is now like an undefined want - like you would want a lobster tail or something (Only vary rarely but still pops up sometimes) . The answer is no I can't have it and there is no crave just an " oh well never mind" feeling !!! It is so brilliant to not have the need which is very different , it is a great place to be in . I have to look at how long I've quit because it doesn''t actually feel like it matters much lol !!! Stick with it new quitters 🙂

Doreensfree , we live in Warrington but are stuck over here at the moment !

Keep safe everyone - good things will come out of this as people realise what actually matters .

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
